Booking Policies
All clients are required to input Credit Card information to confirm their appointment into the secure booking system; this is to avoid No-Show & No-notice reschedule/cancellation clients. Failure to do so will result in your appointment being cancelled without notice.
LATE CANCELLATION POLICY: Any appointment cancellations within 24h of your appointment will be charged 50% of the treatment cost. In the event of harsh weather or last minute emergencies please contact Shelby.
CONSULTATIONS - A deposit is NOT required for consultations; however, a CARD ON FILE must be added to confirm your consultation appointment. After your consultation, the card on file will be used to secure your full appointment booking. Should you no-show your consultation appointment, your card will be charged $50 as a no-show penalty. Should you decide you do not want to move forward with a full service appointment after your consult, your card will not be charged.
NO SHOWS - No show appointments will be charged 100% of the treatment cost. If a client no-shows and would like to reschedule their appointment, the full treatment cost for a new appointment will be applied at the time of booking.
COVER UP & CORRECTIVE WORK - If you have had previous work done by another artist elsewhere, you are required to book a consultation prior to booking a full service appointment to ensure the previous work is assessed and the best course of action can be planned to provide the best results. Full cost of method chosen will apply + an additional fee will apply on top of the services total. Your permanent makeup artist has the right to advise the client against cover up work and suggest pigment fading laser treatments before moving forward with a brow service.
TOUCH UP APPOINTMENTS - Please note: if you are looking to book a “touch up” appointment with Shelby and you have had your previous work done elsewhere, the full cost of method chosen will apply for your initial appointment. Thereafter, touch up rates will apply moving forward.
